It brings tears to my eyes when I think of the day we met you. The circumstances could not have been worse, but instead you welcomed us and for that we are truly grateful. We thank heaven that there are professionals with a heart willing to help a person in need. And early the next day when your bright smile lit up the hospital room, we knew in our hearts how truly blessed we were to have met you. The recovery went exactly as you predicted; the scar is barely visible. We can never thank you enough!
